Tammy Dupre, Educator and Owner

Tammy is a Redken Certified Colorist who is passionate about preserving the health and beauty of your hair. Hailing from Connecticut, Tammy has trained with the best Stylists and Colorists in the industry, including the highest level classes in New York City, Las Vegas, Georgia, Connecticut and Tampa. 

Her passion for Educating within the salon has helped her to push her skills to an even higher level. 

Dimensional Color and Color Correction are among her specialties.  She also specializes in "challenging" textures, including ultra fine hair, curly hair, extra thick unruly hair and weakened/ distressed hair. She is grateful for the opportunity to help you realize your image potential.

Tyler Bynum, Redken Educator, Level 4

Redken Artist, Redken Certified Colorist, OFRA Certified Makeup Artist, Forever Curls Certified Stylist, and Redken Design Certified, Tyler's passion for all-things-beauty have made him a very welcome member of the Tamar Dupre Salon family for over 8 years!  An expert in coloring all textures and curl patterns, local and visiting guests are assured of an amazing, healthy result, each time. His locally-famous Makeup Applications, amazing Balayage, gorgeous Blowouts, awe-inspiring Vivid Color Creations and exceptional customer service will ensure an amazing experience for you, while his love of learning continues to propel him further in this fabulous career!  Edgy cuts are a personal favorite, from Pixies to Mullets to Shags (oh My)! Having graduated from our Associate program 7 years ago, training side-by-side with Tamar for over one year, Tyler hit the ground running and is an inspiration to his fellow stylists. From Makeup and Styling for Photo Shoots, Bridal Parties and Fashion Shows, to In-Salon Balayage, Dimensional Color and Every Day makeovers, Tyler has impressed all of our guests.

Jennifer Pascone, Level 5

With 17 years of experience in both New York and Florida, Jennifer has been a welcome addition to the Tamar Dupre Salon team! Balayage, Precision Cuts, Braiding, and Soft, Natural Blonding techniques are among her favorites, along with Vivid and fashion colors. Jen is a Certified Stylist for Bellami Hair Extensions, and has her Master Certification in all 4 methods, K-Tip, I-Tip, Tape-In and Hand Tied Wefts. An expert in Facial Waxing (including Brow, Lip, Full Face, Ears, Nose and Chin) and Brow and Lash Tinting, Jen offers so many services to complete your look! An Aveda graduate with training in her home state of New York and Florida, Jenn brings over a decade of high-level experience to the team and excels in creating “Lived-In-Color” for her guests. “My work is my passion. I love meeting new people and learning all about their lives and what makes them tick! In my spare time, I enjoy crocheting, listening to podcasts and spending time with my family.” - Jennifer

Deana Ramsey, Level 6

Deana has been creating a transforming people for over 35 years in the “beauty business”. Hailing from New York, she and her two beloved fur babies LOVE living in Pinellas County and she is so excited to be a part of the Tamar Dupre Salon team! Specializing in cutting both Women’s and Men’s styles, including Deva Curl cuts, Balayage, Dimensional color, and Hair Painting, Deana’s wealth of knowledge is sure to impress each and every guest in her chair. Also certified in Tape-In and Keratin Bond Hair Extensions, Deana is equipped with every skill you could possibly hope for to transform your look! We are so fortunate to have Deana’s experience and energy in the salon!

Jayne Nilsen, Level 5

Meet Jayne Nilsen: An accomplished hairstylist and color chemist, passionate about crafting empowering looks for her clients. With over 30 years of experience, Jayne blends technical expertise with trend-savvy flair. Originally from the Hudson Valley in New York, she honed her skills in her own salon, mastering everything from classic elegance to cutting-edge styles and complex color corrections. Jayne is known for her expertise in everything from precision and long-layered haircuts, beautiful blowouts and color chemistry to achieve amazing results. She masters personalized placement for amazing dimensional color and highlights. In addition she is an expert in perming techniques for subtle curl and texture to a curly air dry look.
Now based in Safety Harbor, Jayne brings her expertise in color chemistry and intricate treatments to her role as a hair artist and master technician. Whether you're after a bold transformation or subtle enhancement, Jayne listens attentively to your vision, delivering results that complement your features and enhance your natural beauty.

Kasey Voorhis, Level 1, Associate

Kasey has been such a wonderful addition to the Tamar Dupre Salon family! With over 2 years of prior experience as a Licensed Cosmetologist assisting in a bustling New Jersey Salon, Kasey honed her skills in Spectacular Blow Dry Styling, Precise Color Applications, and AMAZING Scalp Massages while working through the Associate Program. Working directly with Tamar in our Associate Program day to day, Kasey has proven to be one of our most exciting up-and-coming stylists! Kasey is currently “on the floor” for all Color Services, and is accepting Haircut Models as she works on her program to join her fellow Stylists Full Time behind the chair. Congratulations, Kasey!

Becca Sweers, Level 6

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Becca to the Team when she comes to Tampa Bay! For the last 10+ years, Becca has honed her skills as a Stylist, National Platform Artist and Educator for Pureology, and now as a Salon Owner in Clear Lake Iowa. With every visit, Becca bestows priceless knowledge and motivation upon our staff, and we have finally convinced her to be a part of the Team when she visits.
